Payment process is secure through SSL protocol (Secured Socket Layer) that encrypts the information exchanged between your computer and our server so your credit card information is protected.

We accept payment through Western Union, Moneygram, Bank Transfer, Credit card and electronic payment.

  • Western Union/MoneyGram: A payment system very popular everywhere in the world.
  • Check in Euros to the address indicated at the time of confirming the order. It is generally used for special orders or wholesale.
  • Transfer to our bank account using address indicated at the time of confirming the order. It is generally used for special orders or wholesale.
  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or Electronic payment (paypal, payza, Skrill): Also available for fast payment.

After confirmation of payment of your order, the product is immediately packaged and transmitted the same day or the following day through the carrier you choose.

We use the freight mainly as carrier of your packets because it is the most affordable in terms of price. Other carriers (UPS, DHL, etc…) can be used in the case of the special orders or to the customer's demand or when the transportation by freight is not possible in the country of origin of the product or in the country of destination given by the purchaser. In these situations, Art D'Afrique will contact the purchaser to inform it on the possibilities of transportation if they aren’t present during the validation of the order on the website the www.african-artwork.com.

I.1 - The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form and only in countries supported by our carriers.  

The customer must verify the completeness and compliance information provided to Art D'Afrique. We can not be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences in terms of delays or misdelivery. In this context, all costs incurred for the return of the order will be entirely borne by the customer. 

I.2 - Art D'Afrique can not be held responsible for delays in delivery because of mistakes or disruptions imputable to the carriers (total or partial strike of the postal and middle services of transportation and communications). 

 The customer is held to verify the state of the packing of the goods upon delivery and report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery order, as well as to Art D'Afrique, within two working days. 

I.3 - The customer will be warned by mail of the imminence of a consignment concerning the order. In case of late delivery of more than three days in relation to the date that we indicated you in the expedition mail, we suggest verifying with your local post office that the package is not pending and then if the case arises, signal to us this delay by telephone or mail.  

 We will contact the carrier for inquiry. If the product is recovered, it will immediately be forwarded to your location. If on the other hand the product is not recovered the concerned carrier considers the packet as lost. We can send you a replacement at our expense. If the product ordered were not available at this time, we will refund the amount of products affected by the loss of carrier. 

I.4 - For every order placed and accepted before 4 PM between Monday and Friday, Art D'Afrique will proceed for expedition in accordance to the carrier schedule. Any approved orders on Friday after 4 PM to Sunday midnight will be handled in priority the following Monday. For orders placed and accepted on a holiday or the day before a holiday, the delivery time will be longer than a day or two. 

The delivery period begins two days after receipt of payment.
